Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing the DynathiSMP Store, placing an order, or using a purchased digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable server rules.
2. Digital goods
The Store sells digital products for use on DynathiSMP, including ranks, coins, shards, crate keys, and bundles. These products have no cash value outside the server and may not be exchanged for money or transferred unless DynathiSMP expressly allows it.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and for keeping your account secure. DynathiSMP is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, although reasonable support may be provided.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully confirmed. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required by law.
5. Delivery
Products are normally delivered automatically after successful payment. Delivery may be delayed by maintenance, outages, an incorrect username, or temporary unavailability of the Minecraft server or third-party services.
6. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Where digital content is supplied immediately, a statutory withdrawal right may end after the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of that right. Statutory rights relating to missing, defective, or incorrectly delivered purchases remain unaffected.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Correctly delivered or used digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by DynathiSMP.
7. Chargebacks and fraud
Fraudulent payments, abusive chargebacks, exploitation of checkout systems, or attempts to obtain products without valid payment may result in suspension, removal of products, or exclusion from the Store and server. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Server rules and bans
Purchasing a product does not exempt a player from server rules. Paid ranks and products do not prevent warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans. A disciplinary action does not automatically create a right to a refund.
9. Availability and changes
DynathiSMP may update gameplay, pricing, product benefits, server features, and technical systems for balancing, security, maintenance, or development. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynathiSMP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of progress caused by external failures, or interruptions caused by Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Stripe, hosting providers, or internet services.
11. Intellectual property and disclaimer
DynathiSMP branding, website content, configurations, and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. DynathiSMP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the DynathiSMP Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's country of residence remain applicable where required.
